At ENAMEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all ENAMEL tags and protective seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
